Bio
Daavid Mörtl's work employs the illustrative and classical modes of drawing.
He studied traditional drawing in his early education. Through his diploma studies in visual communication he brought this knowledge of the uses of picturing analogical to a new level of expression by getting it into graphic design. His work has been included in several exhibitions, he has worked commercially on storyboards for short films and illustrated plans for art installations. He has contributed works to a Viennese art fanzine and
designed promotional material for The School Of The Art Institute Of Chicago. His studies have included book and magazine projects as well as illustrations for print products of various genres.
Daavid Mörtl lives and works in Berlin.
